Terms of Service
Myga: Terms-and-Conditions:
By placing an order with Myga, an Oceanic League of Legends coaching services provider, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions below.
Definitions:
You, Your - The Client The entity or individual requesting the services of Myga.
We, - Myga Oceanic League of Legends Coach and/or representatives.
Services - Game Theory Coaching, Micro-Skills Development, Video on Demand (VOD) Reviews, Live Reviews
1. General:
Myga will carry out work only where an agreement is provided either by Discord, or verbally. An ‘order’ is deemed to be a written or verbal contract between Myga and the client.
2. Pricing:
All pricing is circumstantial, and subject to change. Myga will provide 7 days notice of any pricing change.
3. Payment-Terms:
i. Payments are non-refundable and services are non-transferable.
ii. Payment of invoices is required before the service commences.
iii. Any additional costs incurred as a result of add-on services, will be required to be paid before the designated services.
4. Services:
i. Sessions are offered at a minimum of 45 minutes with a maximum limit of 90 minutes, and are offered both in single sessions, or bulk sessions.
ii. Clients reserve the right to request time-slots for each session, and Myga reserves the right to deny these requested timeslots. Clients also reserve the right to freeze their sessions for up to 14 days. After the 14 days, the remaining session credit will be removed from the client’s account, and is non-refundable.
iii. We accept no responsibility for any dispute between you and other clients or entities. Such disputes must be resolved between the concerned parties. We reserve the right on our becoming aware of such a dispute, to either suspend or terminate future or existing services to the client, and/or to make appropriate representations to relevant clients or other entities.
iv. Upon the agreement to carry out a service, Myga will keep a record of your current Discord User ID and Display Name. We are obliged to keep this confidential, but do not accept responsibility for other parties discovering your identity, and affiliation and/or agreements with Myga, through outside means.
v. You agree to not distribute any educational material supplied by Myga for the purpose of reselling, or claiming the material as your own. We are not obliged to keep the material updated.
5. Our-Guarantees-and-Liabilities:
i. We accept liability for the delay of services to the extent provided in this agreement.
ii. We do not warrant that the Services;
(a) provided under this agreement will be uninterrupted or error free;
(b) will meet your requirements, other than as expressly set out in this agreement;
(c) will produce any particular results, or other return.
6. Suspension-and-Termination-of-the-Service:
i. Your agreement with Myga may be suspended or terminated at any point, at our sole discretion if;
(a) you breach this agreement and fail to rectify any remediable breach within 7 days of us notifying you to do so;
(b) the client commits any of, but not limited to, the following : impropriety, misconduct, defamation and tardiness;
(c) we are unable to contact you. As our primary method of communication for services is via Discord, and we will not be held responsible if we are not notified of your updated contact details.
ii. You may terminate your agreement for any reason at any time by doing so via Discord however, you will not be entitled to any refunds for sessions paid prior to request for termination.
7. Intellectual-Property:
All rights, title and interest in any techniques, or materials that are used, or provided by us, as part of Myga’s services are owned by us. You may use the techniques and materials as permitted by this agreement. We otherwise reserve all rights in relation to them.
8. Severability:
If any clause of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the invalid or unenforceable wording may be severed from this agreement and the remaining terms of this agreement continue in force.
9. Changes-to-Terms:
We may change the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time. If you do not wish to accept the amended terms and conditions, you may terminate existing agreements and affiliation with Myga. You will not be entitled to any refunds or compensation.
10. Entire-Agreement:
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between us and you. It supersedes all prior agreements, understandings and representations whether oral or written.
